NU LOOM Delivery Policy
At NU LOOM, we are dedicated to bringing the finest authentic handlooms and exclusively tailored artistry fashion right to your doorstep. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your garments reach you safely and promptly.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time
Because we offer both ready-made and bespoke garments, our processing times vary based on the nature of your item:
Ready-Made (Ready-to-Wear) Items: Orders for our standard-size, ready-to-wear collections are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
Made-to-Order & Exclusively Tailored Items: Because these garments are uniquely stitched following your fitting consultation, please allow a tentative 7 to 10 business days for crafting, tailoring, and quality inspection before the item is dispatched.
(Note: If your order contains both ready-made and made-to-order items, the entire order will be dispatched together once the custom tailoring is complete, unless requested otherwise.)
2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Our shipping rates are calculated as a flat fee depending on your location, and the estimated total delivery times (which include our handling time plus transit) are as follows:
Domestic Shipping (India):
Cost: Based on the shipping cost finalised by the by the delivery company with an upper limit of ₹130.00
Total Delivery Time: 0–20 working days
International Shipping (100+ Countries):
Cost: Based on the shipping cost finalised by the by the delivery company with an upper limit of ₹1,500.00
Total Delivery Time: 0–26 working days
